Project completed with minimal interruption to the hospital.

The project involved the refurbishment of two existing ward cottages into offices, including new finishes throughout and new Mechanical & Electrical services to one cottage & minor alterations to the other.

Cost targets were required to be maintained and liaison with client users took place to maximize the use of existing equipment and fittings. The programme is required to be maintained to allow staff to transfer to the new facilities before second phase of works can commence.
